Refund policy
Returns
- For all assembled and delivered products, you have a grace period of 15 days unless purchased from another sales platform.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Any product claimed to be defective must be given a reasonable chance at correction prior to return. Please note that all delivered product is tested to be working prior to leaving the customer's residence.
- Gift cards, hazardous materials such as propane and propane tanks, and generators and heaters prior to a storm are exempt from being returned.
- To complete your return, you can bring the product back to one of our retail stores free of charge or arrange for a pickup with our service personnel. For non-defective product there is a service charge of $45 for this return. Store addresses are below.
Refunds (if applicable)
- Once your return is received and inspected then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within two business days.
Sale items (if applicable)
- Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
- We only exchange items that are unused and in their original packaging. If you need to exchange it, send us an email at info@modernpropane.com and send your item to: 199 Route 46 West Lodi New Jersey US 07644.
Shipping
- To return your product, you should mail or deliver your product to: 199 Route 46 West Lodi New Jersey US 07644 or 642 Fischer Boulevard Toms River New Jersey 08753.
- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
- If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
