Shipping Policy

We aim to fulfill most of our orders within the span of two days. Please keep in mind that we are a small business that has to manage foot traffic as well as handling online orders, so we ask for a grace period of 2 weeks before refunds can be issued for items not being fulfilled. 

 

PLEASE NOTE, FOR PROPANE TANKS WE ARE NOW LIMITED TO 26 TANKS PER ROUTE. DELAYS MAY OCCUR FOR PROPANE DELIVERIES, BUT OUR STAFF WILL UPDATE YOU TO THE BEST OF THEIR ABILITIES.
