No-touch ordering online, time from order to delivery was about a week, delivered fully assembled, and the delivery team hauled away my old grill while taking all necessary safety precautions. Modern Propane is the place for grills!!! Doug was great to work. I ordered my new Napoleon grill over the phone, it needed to be ordered no big surprise as it was sold out everywhere.
